Apple Art

Helen VanProyen will be a featured artist at The Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center to celebrate Wenatchee's identity as the Apple Capital of the World.

“Apple Art” will open with a free reception on

Friday, September 5, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Museum’s Main Gallery.

Visitors will have a chance to meet the artists and enjoy light refreshments while viewing the artwork.

The Museum is located at 127 South Mission in Wenatchee, WA 98801

Welcome Artist Helen VanProyen

Welcome artist Helen VanProyen to Tsillan Studio Designs! Helen paints stunning works of art. Helen has been painting in oils since 1975. Oil is her favorite, but uses mostly acrylics for her painted furniture. She spent many years teaching classes in oil in Western Washington. She has designed logos, worked in retail display, and dabbles in interior decorating.

Helen's paintings can be seen at The Renaissance Cafe and Bavarian Soap Shop in Leavenworth, Washington. Gallery One in Ellensburg, Washington, and The Offset Corner in Snohomish, Washington.
